Clinic Setup Step by Step;
1. Clinic Type is Decided
Clinic, polyclinic or center?
This choice directly determines not only the license type but also the architectural project, staff structure, device planning and your investment strategy.
This process is carried out by me, Sevgi Gültekin Clinical Management Consultancy.
2. Company Establishment is Done
Tax certificate, ATSO registration, tax office applications, SSI transactions and e-Signature processes are completed.
If there is a partnership, the share ratios, authority definitions and profit sharing model are clarified and recorded in the contract.
Our financial advisor will handle this process. Halil Haldan manages.
3. Site Selection and Suitability Check
Before the lease agreement is made, the selected location is checked for licensability, compliance with technical conditions and readiness for health directorate inspections.
This process is managed by Sevgi Gültekin Clinic Management Consultancy and our architect Taha Enes Gökçe.
4. The Architecture and Interior Design Process is Started
The venue is designed according to the Ministry of Health regulations. Unit layout, sterile areas, treatment rooms and waiting areas are planned at this stage.
Our Architect Taha Enes Gokce technical project, our interior architect Irem Gokce manages the interior architecture.
5. Licensing and Official Documentation Process
All legal documents are prepared in the following order:
– Provincial health application file
– Municipality business opening license
– Architectural project approval
– Fire department report
– NDK (X-ray device)
– Medical waste protocol
– OHS contracts

6. Team Building and Training Planning
The number of personnel required for the clinic, job descriptions and recruitment processes are completed.
Pre-opening training and communication modeling are implemented.

7. Installation of Intra-Clinical Systems
Mandatory digital systems such as patient tracking software, team portal system, MBYS, TSİM, ÜTS, e-Prescription are put into operation.
Medical waste procedure, prescription systems, personnel information forms and backup plans are organized.
Both software and operational structures are installed completely at this stage.
8. Opening Preparation and Launch
Before the opening, final checks, interior rehearsals, decoration completions and device tests are carried out.
If you wish, social media content, opening announcements, patient communication and advertising strategies can be planned together with our experts.
The first patient experience, launch day and post-opening follow-up are organized by us.
A clinic is delivered with a license, an established system, trained staff and ready to accept patients.
